We opened up a wall to create more space in the kitchen, making it feel more open and inviting. The bathroom was remodeled and modernized with updated fixtures, finishes and tiling for the tub and flooring. Tile flooring was added to give the rental property a refreshed, modern look while maintaining the traditional Craftsman style.
